How the mRNA vaccine works
Normally, the genetic code in mRNA is transcribed from DNA in the cell nucleus, and the coded message is delivered by mRNA to cell ribosomes for translation during protein biosynthesis.
COVID-19 vaccines have mRNA with a synthetic genetic code to instruct the cells to make spike S protein found on the surface of SARS-CoV-2, which are expressed on the cell surface to trigger an immune response that creates antibodies against the virus.
Concerns and issues coming out with recent studies
Issue 1
mRNA is hard to get into the cells because:
1. It is three to four times larger than molecules that readily diffuse into cells;
2. It has a dense negative charge electrostatically
3. It is highly susceptible to enzymatic degradation
As the solution, mRNA in the vaccine is encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNP), but it is unclear how this encapsulation affects genetic code translation in the cell ribosomes.
Issue 2
Spike protein itself which mRNA manufactures (not virus) causes various health issues. Traditional vaccine stays in the muscle where it was injected, so it doesn’t cause any issues in other parts of the body. However, mRNA vaccine’s lipid nanoparticles (LNP) are so efficient, researchers are finding that it is distributed throughout the body, including the brain, spinal cord, heart, ovaries, testicles, blood vessels, and other places we don’t want them to go, possibly damaging these critical organs with spike proteins it produces.
Issue 3
Blood clots were reported in many parts of the body after vaccination. The current hypothesis is that the spike proteins become part of the cell wall of your vascular endothelium, which is supposed to be smooth for your blood to flow smoothly, and now have these little spikey bits sticking out. When the platelet comes through the capillary it suddenly hits all these Covid spikes and blood clots will form to block that vessel.
Issue 4
Cytotoxic T-cells, which kill virus-infected and cancerous cells, might see the spike protein-expressing brain cells as a threat and attack them. Unlike muscle cells and many other cell types, neurons in the brain rarely regenerate, causing permanent damage to the brain cells. This could be one of the causes of the mRNA vaccine’s side-effects we are experiencing such as seizures and strokes.
Issue 5
An alarming number of Myocarditis (inflammation of the heart) after vaccination has been reported. Healthy teenagers and young adults suddenly developing Myocarditis right after vaccination is a big concern.
Issue 6
Researchers are finding high concentrations of lipid nanoparticles in the reproductive organs after vaccination. This could lead to infertility or increased disability of newborns concerning young generations.
Issue 7
Antibody-Dependent Enhancement (ADE) is a big concern and there is evidence it is happening.
In the past, all mRNA injected animals died with ADE, which is why it never made it to human trials.
ADE occurs when the antibodies generated during an immune response recognize and bind to a pathogen, but they are unable to prevent infection. Instead, these antibodies act as a “Trojan horse,” allowing the pathogen to get into cells and exacerbate the immune response. (https://www.nature.com/articles/s41564-020-00789-5)

Bleeding and issues with the menstrual cycle were reported – still under study

There is evidence that these vaccines contain graphene oxide nanoparticles manufactured by the Chinese company and other toxic ingredients. Because people were getting magnetized after the vaccine, some researchers got suspicious and checked the vaccine content with a microscope. They found evidence. Graphene oxide is highly magnetic and toxic, and they suspect this is the cause of a magnetized body. Graphene oxide may cause issues from 5G EMF exposure as well.
Issue 10
The effectiveness of vaccines is in question. Fully vaccinated people still get COVID-19 and transmit the virus as much as non-vaccinated people. Some hospitals are reporting that they have more vaccinated COVID patients than un-vaccinated. Also the mortality rate of fully vaccinated is higher than unvaccinated, suggesting the vaccine weakens the natural immune system. More study needs to be done.
Issue 11
Some researchers warn that mass vaccination in the midst of a pandemic could accelerate virus mutation (similar to how antibiotic-resistant bacteria like MRSA happens) and make the pandemic situation worse. Since the antibody made by the vaccine is very targeted, the virus can survive easily by mutating just a bit, suggesting vaccinated people may become a virus mutation factory.

Traditional vaccines
Inactivated vaccines
The dead germ that causes a disease is injected.
Inactivated vaccines usually don’t provide immunity (protection) that’s as strong as live vaccines. So you may need several doses over time (booster shots) to get ongoing immunity against diseases.

Live -attenuated vaccines
The weakened (or attenuated) germ that causes a disease is injected.
Because these vaccines are so similar to natural infection that they help prevent, they create a strong and long-lasting immune response.
Just 1 or 2 doses of most live vaccines can give you a lifetime of protection against a germ and the disease it causes.

- Measles, mumps, rubella (MMR combined vaccine)
- Rotavirus
- Smallpox

- Yellow fever
Subunit, recombinant, polysaccharide, and conjugate vaccines
Specific pieces of the germ—like its protein, sugar, or capsid (a casing around the germ) is injected.
Examples:
- Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b) disease
- Hepatitis B
- HPV (Human papillomavirus)
- Whooping cough (part of the DTaP combined vaccine)
- Pneumococcal disease
- Meningococcal disease
- Shingles
Toxoid vaccines
Toxin (harmful product) made by the germ is injected.
They create immunity to the parts of the germ that cause disease instead of the germ itself.
This means the immune response is targeted to the toxin instead of the whole germ.
You may need booster shots to get ongoing protection against diseases.
